A system, not a catalogue of panels.
Design, engineering, fabrication and assembly under a single responsibility. What goes into the model is what arrives on site.
CLT
Cross-laminated timber. Floors, load-bearing walls and cores. Large-format solid panels that work in two directions and arrive on site with openings, service penetrations and joints already machined.

GLT
Glue-laminated timber. Laminated beams and columns for frames, long spans and exposed structures. The section is defined in the calculation and fabricated exactly: every piece arrives numbered and ready for its position.
System
The components are one part: the system includes engineering, specified joints and hardware, assembly documentation and a network of partners for envelope, services and finishes.

Pre-design
We review the schematic design against the logic of the system: modulation, spans, cores and load paths. The result is a grid timber can solve and an order of magnitude for schedule and cost.
Engineering
Structural calculation, fire and acoustic verification, coordination with services and a single BIM model. Everything that later goes to the machine is decided at this stage.
Fabrication
The model is translated into numerical control. Every piece leaves labelled, traced to its timber batch and ready for its exact position in the building.
Assembly
Logistics, lifting and erection with our own or a supervised crew. The site becomes a sequence, not improvisation.
Handover and follow-up
As-built documentation, maintenance manual and monitoring of the structure's behaviour in service.
Single and multi-family housing
From houses to apartment buildings: precision, speed and repetition turn prefabrication into quality and efficiency.
Education and healthcare
Fast, clean and quiet construction for buildings that need environmental quality and minimal disruption.
Offices and corporate
The structure becomes the architecture: fewer layers, fewer trades and higher-quality spaces.
Industry and logistics
Long spans with GLT, light structures and fast assembly to bring operations online sooner.
Hospitality and tourism
Less weight, less wet work and fast assembly where access, terrain or the season constrain the project.
Extensions on existing buildings
The low weight-to-strength ratio allows adding floor area where a conventional structure may not be viable.
Supply
We fabricate and deliver the machined components. Assembly is carried out by the site team, with our documentation and training.
Supply and assembly
We deliver the structure erected and plumbed. A single point of contact for fabrication, logistics and lifting.
Complete system
From pre-design to handover of the structure: engineering, fabrication, assembly and documentation under one contract.
